60 Years of Bond at Pinewood Studios

On Sunday 14th August 2022, I was fortunate enough to go to my third Bondstars events held at Pinewood Studios. The event celebrated 60 Years of Bond and began with a morning screening in the John Barry Theatre of Daniel Craig's debut as James Bond in Casino Royale. In attendance where some of the people who worked on the film, both in front and behind the camera, including Phil Méheux (Director of Photography), Stuart Baird (Editor), Anthony Waye (Executive Producer), Terry Madden (Second Unit), Terry Bamber (Production Manager: Second Unit), Alexander Witt (Second Unit Director), Chris Colould (Special Effects) Tom Chadbon (who played Le Chiffre's Stockbroker) and Joseph Millson (who played Carter).

The afternoon included a chance to meet and greet several additonal Bond stars, including John Glen, Madeline Smith, Jennie Hanley and John Moreno, followed by a very funny stunt demonstration by Paul Weston and Gareth Owen. A wonderful day as always at the home of Bond.
